Position: Customer Solutions Centre Consultant (15x positions)
Location: Johannesburg

π οΈ Key Duties
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
Track shipments and investigate delivery issues
Resolve complaints and escalate service failures when needed
Log customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Communicate with drivers, operations, and internal teams
Assist customers with bookings, waybills, and account queries
Educate customers on courier services and procedures
Meet service targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
Attend training and quality assurance sessions
π Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
1β2 yearsβ customer-facing experience (contact centre/logistics/retail preferred)
Strong English communication skills (additional SA languages advantageous)
Computer literacy (email, CRM systems, tracking tools)
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
