Role Overview
The General Worker Divider Cleaner role involves maintaining production equipment (dividers) to ensure efficient operations in a food production environment. The position includes cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and assisting with equipment changeovers within a fast-paced factory setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean dividers according to supplier recommendations.
- Lubricate dividers and inspect oil ports.
- Perform daily checks and report damages to the shift foreman.
- Assist with divider changeovers and production support tasks.
- Record deviations in dough piece standards.
- Perform weekly and monthly lubrication maintenance.
- Assist artisans in the make-up area.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work overtime and shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
