About the Internship
The Stock Controller Intern role provides entry-level workplace experience in vehicle inventory management and dealership administration. Interns will support different departments including finance, workshop, and sales while learning how automotive dealerships manage vehicle stock and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of new and used vehicle stock.
- Update dealership inventory systems and stock tracking records.
- Conduct physical vehicle stock counts and verify inventory.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor vehicle movements such as received, sold, or transferred vehicles.
- Report inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with vehicle invoicing and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to workshop staff and technicians.
- Support finance teams with stock administration tasks.
