Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
- Physical Science and English (minimum 40%)
- N2 qualification with relevant trade subjects or NCV Level 3 with relevant subjects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong technical and analytical ability
Programme Overview:
- Structured artisan training programme
- Combination of classroom learning and workplace training
- Training at an accredited centre in Randfontein
- Practical experience at Venetia Mine
- Work towards an occupational trade qualification
Important Notes:
- Successful candidates sign a 4-year learnership contract (Section 18.2)
- Medical fitness certificate (Red Ticket) required
- Background checks and psychometric assessments will be conducted
