What You Will Do
During the programme, you’ll work in real business environments, mainly in client service and admin roles:
- Assist customers with queries
- Handle claims processing
- Work with medical aid / policy info
- Update client records
- Provide general admin support
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Mathematics: 50%+
- OR Maths Literacy: 60%+
- English: 50%+
- Second language: 50%+
Other Requirements
- Age: 18 – 25 years
- Must be living with a disability
- Not studying or employed
- No previous learnership completed
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
