Job Description
Foundation phase educators at ADvTECH are responsible for creating a stimulating learning experience to develop individual talents and equip children with essential skills in reading, literacy, and numeracy.
Educators are expected to:
- Deliver future-focused education that motivates, inspires, and challenges students.
- Demonstrate strength of character, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
- Develop and maintain constructive partnerships with colleagues, parents, guardians, and the community.
- Communicate and collaborate positively with all members of the learning community.

Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in ECD or B. Education (Foundation Phase).
- PGCE required if degree is deemed suitable (e.g., Psychology).
- SACE certification and a police clearance are mandatory.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience.
- Computer and digital literacy.
- First Aid certification.
