Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity Act)
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and record-keeping
  • Experience with records management or document digitisation (advantageous)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Document management, scanning, and digital filing skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes (job adverts, interviews, and shortlisting)
  • Maintain and organise employee files (physical and electronic)
  • Ensure HR records are accurate and compliant
  • File and manage school policies and updates
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations processes (disciplinary and grievances)
  • Assist with leave administration and tracking
  • Support Employment Equity reporting and documentation
