About the Internship
The University of South Africa (UNISA) invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the UNISA & FASSET Internship Programme 2026.
This programme provides graduates with the opportunity to gain practical work experience in finance and auditing-related fields within the university environment.
Preference will be given to persons living with disabilities, in line with UNISA’s Employment Equity Plan.

Internship Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be UNISA graduates
- Hold a qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6 or higher
- Be 35 years or younger
- Have no previous work experience
- Not have participated in a FASSET funded programme
- Not have previously worked at UNISA or any other organisation
