The role involves supporting and managing a fleet of about 300 mobile devices (primarily iPads), ensuring device reliability, security, and optimal performance in a cloud‑managed environment.
Key responsibilities include:
-Day‑to‑day iPad (iOS/iPadOS) support.
-Managing devices with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, configuration, compliance & policy enforcement).
-Administering Microsoft 365 mobility services (Exchange Online, Azure AD, conditional access).
-Troubleshooting hardware, software & connectivity issues.
-Deploying, configuring & maintaining mobile applications.
-Enforcing security policies & organisational standards.
-Enforcing security policies & organisational standards.
-Assisting with user onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
-Monitoring device health, usage & compliance.
-Maintaining documentation of processes, configurations & asset inventory.
-Collaborating with the IT team for continuous improvement.
Required skills & experience:
-3–5 years IT support experience focused on mobile devices
-Strong Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) experience
-Solid Microsoft 365 / Office 365 knowledge.
-Experience supporting Apple iOS/iPadOS devices in business settings.
-Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
-Good troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
-Understanding of mobile security best practices.
-Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS).
