Job Purpose
This internship provides graduates with hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics operations, specifically in dispatch and distribution. Interns will gain exposure to real-world e-commerce logistics, inventory management, and data-driven operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Support dispatch coordination and delivery tracking
- Monitor shipment timelines and delivery performance
- Assist with procurement and supplier communication
- Support inventory tracking and stock management
- Analyse logistics and operational data
- Identify process improvements and inefficiencies
- Assist in cost reduction and workflow optimisation
- Support risk management and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across departments
Skills and Competencies
Qualifications
- N6 qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Technical Skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics systems (advantage)
