Programme Overview
Valterra Platinum is offering a 24-month structured Learner Official Programme in Mineral Resource Management (MRM). This programme is designed to develop technical skills in mining through both institutional learning and practical workplace experience.
The programme focuses on three key disciplines:
- Ventilation
- Survey
- Rock Engineering
A total of 9 positions are available for candidates from beneficiary communities.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics & Physical Science (minimum 50%)

- Provide proof of residence (Municipality/Traditional Authority letter)
