Job Overview / Purpose
The Bridgestone Graduate Programme is designed to equip recent graduates with practical experience, industry exposure, and professional skills in the automotive and manufacturing sector. It provides structured training, mentorship, and real business project involvement to prepare graduates for long-term careers.
Key Responsibilities

Fields of Study Accepted
Applicants must have a qualification in one of the following:
- Operations Management (Supply Chain, Quality Control, Health & Safety)
- Law (LLB or related qualification)
- Information Technology
- Commerce-related fields:
- Finance
- HR
- Project Management
- Communication
- Digital Marketing
Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate (within the last 2 years)
- Strong academic record
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptable, curious, and willing to learn
- South African citizenship required
- Must NOT have previously participated in a YES Programme
