Role Overview
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide accurate guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to the Technical Support Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and customer interactions.
- Support both internal teams and external customers, including counter or occasional on-site assistance.
