Role Overview
The ICT Infrastructure Administrator role focuses on managing enterprise infrastructure environments and supporting hybrid cloud platforms. The position plays a key role in maintaining secure, scalable systems and supporting automation workflows across enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise infrastructure including Nutanix clusters, Azure services, and Dell servers.
- Manage virtualisation platforms and optimise cloud-based solutions.
- Support Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines and AWS EC2 environments.
- Configure REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication tools.
- Deploy and manage automation tools and workflow systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and system activity.
- Support security systems including firewalls, encryption, and secure connectivity.
- Assist with troubleshooting, incident response, and system documentation.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in ICT infrastructure administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (advantageous).
- Understanding of REST APIs and authentication technologies.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Nutanix Certified Professional – Multi-cloud Infrastructure
