Position Overview
Connect iQ is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user desktop support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software (Windows).
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN access, and VoIP systems.
- Install and support IT/ICT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, CCTV, access control, and video conferencing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and system performance issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Monitor system security, manage user accounts and permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Maintain IT inventory, perform routine maintenance, and support upgrades and new system deployments.
