Overview:
The Workplace Experience Programme (WEP) is a short-term, immersive internship designed for final-year and postgraduate students. It provides hands-on exposure to real business operations within retail planning, including merchandise planning and location planning. Participants work on real business challenges, gaining practical experience while being evaluated as potential future employees.
