- Job purpose: Fixed‑term (seasonal) work to harvest Macadamia nuts and assist with other general farm tasks.
- Requirements: Grade 8/Abet or equivalent, minimum 1 year macadamia‑harvesting experience, time‑management skills, ability to work in heat/steam/dust, weekends/holidays & overtime, and a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities: Reporting deviations, maintaining housekeeping, OHS & PPE compliance, harvesting macadamia nuts, meeting daily targets, orchard maintenance, loading crates, grading/sorting nuts, and cleaning the work environment.
- Reporting: The position reports to the Production Foreman, grade A band.
