A formal engineering learnership designed to train learners as qualified millwright artisans. The programme combines practical workplace training and technical classroom learning within a mining environment.
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
Must be a resident of host communities (e.g. Westonaria, Bekkersdaal, Zuurbekom, Hillshaven, Poortjie, Simunye, etc.)
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
N3 qualification with Engineering subjects (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Trade Theory, Engineering Drawing)
Millwright learners must include Electrical and Fitting trade theory subjects
Must pass medical fitness, heat tolerance, and occupational health screening
