Position: Maintenance Planner

🛠️ Key Duties
Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance of plant equipment
Manage and control the PM (Preventative Maintenance) system
Ensure accurate job card records and maintenance documentation
Generate reports and dashboards on maintenance performance
Analyse breakdowns and downtime trends
Conduct root cause analysis with the engineering team
Improve maintenance systems and processes continuously
Manage critical spares and inventory control
🎓 Requirements
N6 / National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
5–8 years’ maintenance environment experience
Experience in breakdown recording and maintenance systems
Advanced MS Excel and computer literacy
Planned maintenance software training (advantageous)
Knowledge of MC Africa software (advantageous)
