🛠️ Role Overview
LIMA Rural Development Foundation is seeking qualified professionals to support QCTO-accredited training, assessment, and moderation for the New Venture Creation programme. The role involves facilitating training, assessing learner performance, and ensuring quality standards in line with QCTO requirements.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Must be accredited as Trainer, Assessor, and Moderator (NVC NQF Level 2)
At least 1 year experience in QCTO-aligned training
Registered as a QCTP Subject Matter Expert (SME) (advantageous/required where applicable)
Based in KZN, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, or Limpopo
Proven experience in accredited training, assessment, and moderation
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Facilitate accredited New Venture Creation training
Conduct assessments of learners according to QCTO standards
Moderate training and assessment outcomes
Ensure compliance with QCTO and programme requirements
Maintain quality delivery of training programmes
