Store Manager at Build it (TNT Belfast) branch.

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating branch operations to maximise profitability and ensure operational excellence, with responsibilities that include:

  • ensuring 100% customer satisfaction,
  • maintaining effective communication with internal & external stakeholders,
  • managing stock efficiently and driving operational excellence,
  • overseeing and managing staff performance and development.

Minimum requirements are:

  • a post-matric qualification (preferably in Retail Management),
  • 5+ years senior-level FMCG retail experience,
  • strong financial, marketing, computer & advertising skills,
  • proficiency in English and at least one additional local language,
  • completion of Build it in-house programmes (e.g., MIP) is advantageous.
