The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating branch operations to maximise profitability and ensure operational excellence, with responsibilities that include:
- ensuring 100% customer satisfaction,
- maintaining effective communication with internal & external stakeholders,
- managing stock efficiently and driving operational excellence,
- overseeing and managing staff performance and development.
Minimum requirements are:
- a post-matric qualification (preferably in Retail Management),
- 5+ years senior-level FMCG retail experience,
- strong financial, marketing, computer & advertising skills,
- proficiency in English and at least one additional local language,
- completion of Build it in-house programmes (e.g., MIP) is advantageous.
