Role Overview
SALGA is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative and client support within the Finance and Corporate Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk professionally at all times
- Coordinate logistics and boardroom meetings
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and visitor queries
- Screen and prioritise calls
- Manage visitor access control
- Capture and distribute telephone messages electronically
- Maintain and update telephone lists
- Support stakeholders and municipalities with information
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- 0–1 year experience as a Receptionist or in Customer Service
- Experience working in an office environment
Advantageous
- Customer Service / Relations certificate
