Role Overview

SALGA is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative and client support within the Finance and Corporate Services division.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk professionally at all times
  • Coordinate logistics and boardroom meetings
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and visitor queries
  • Screen and prioritise calls
  • Manage visitor access control
  • Capture and distribute telephone messages electronically
  • Maintain and update telephone lists
  • Support stakeholders and municipalities with information
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • 0–1 year experience as a Receptionist or in Customer Service
  • Experience working in an office environment

Advantageous

  • Customer Service / Relations certificate
