Programme Overview
Sappi is offering undergraduate bursaries for students pursuing Engineering and Forestry Science degrees at selected South African universities.
The bursary supports academically strong students who need financial assistance while studying full-time in engineering-related fields.
Successful candidates may also gain vacation work opportunities and, upon completion, entry into the Engineer-in-Training programme.

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Age between 17 and 25 years
- Must be in Matric or have completed Matric
- Minimum academic results:
- 70% in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
- 70% in Physical Science
- 60% in English
- Must intend to study full-time at a recognised university
- Must be accepted or planning to study in engineering or forestry-related fields
