Hollard, a leading financial services provider, is offering a Graduate Opportunity for a Credit Coach role. This position focuses on helping clients improve their financial wellbeing through personalised coaching and guidance.

As a Credit Coach, you will support individuals in building better financial habits, managing debt, and improving credit health through education and tailored financial advice.


Role Purpose

The role is designed to empower clients with practical financial knowledge and tools to improve long-term financial stability. You will act as a bridge between clients and financial service partners, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised financial coaching sessions covering:
    • Budgeting and financial planning
    • Credit score education and improvement
    • Credit solutions and product guidance
    • Debt management and consolidation support
  • Engage with clients via digital platforms and telephony
  • Identify suitable financial solutions within Hollard’s partner network
  • Manage client queries with clear and timely feedback
  • Conduct outbound engagement to promote financial wellness
  • Refer clients to appropriate partners and services (e.g. debt review, loans, insurance products)
  • Support clients in improving overall financial literacy and decision-making

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • At least 6 months experience in current or previous role
  • No active disciplinary records
  • A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Credit, or related field (certificate/diploma/degree)
  • Knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA) and FAIS Act (advantageous)
