Programme Overview
Kia South Africa is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. This initiative is designed to provide young South Africans (aged 18–29) with valuable workplace exposure in the automotive industry.
Successful candidates will gain structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help build employability skills and improve career prospects.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18–29 years
- Be currently unemployed
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate (post-matric qualifications are an advantage)
- Have a clear criminal record
- Not have participated in a YES Programme before
