Job Overview
- Provide technical IT support to university staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve user IT issues

Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience
- ±2 years relevant IT experience
- At least 6 months in IT desktop support
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Teamwork experience in an IT environment

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems and networking
- Problem-solving ability

Remuneration
- Basic Salary: R324 203 per annum
- Cost to Company: ±R445 208 per annum
