Job Overview

  • Provide technical IT support to university staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user IT issues

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests from users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Provide support on operating systems, networking, and office software
  • Assist users with technical problem-solving

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience

  • ±2 years relevant IT experience
  • At least 6 months in IT desktop support
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Teamwork experience in an IT environment

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and networking

Remuneration

  • Basic Salary: R324 203 per annum
  • Cost to Company: ±R445 208 per annum
