Job Summary
Fidelity Services Group is offering a Creditors Clerk Internship based at their Midrand Head Office. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in finance and accounting, providing hands-on experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process invoices with proper authorisation
- Capture invoices accurately on SAP before month-end deadlines
- Perform monthly vendor reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve account queries
- Maintain and manage vendor accounts
- Prepare payment reconciliations and accruals
- File and organise financial documents
- Maintain accurate records and housekeeping files
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Finance-related qualification (advantageous)

- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables essential)
