Job Overview
- Capture and manage large volumes of product and supplier data
- Ensure accurate pricing, product information, and system updates
- Support stores with correct pricing and product details
- Maintain data integrity across multiple systems
Key Responsibilities
Product & Supplier Management
- Capture and maintain accurate product and supplier data
- Confirm product costs and recommended selling prices with suppliers
- Upload and maintain product information in systems (e.g. Zenoti)
- Ensure product availability is correctly recorded
Pricing & Cost Control
- Maintain accurate pricing (VAT and discount checks)
- Implement price changes across systems
- Monitor supplier price updates
- Adjust costing when product prices change
Systems & Data Accuracy
- Ensure correct product codes, barcodes, and pricing data
- Maintain master files and system records
- Support data clean-up and system updates
Store Support
- Communicate pricing updates to stores
- Resolve pricing and stock-related queries
- Fix system discrepancies across stores
Analysis & Improvement
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis
- Support product and cost optimisation
Requirements
Education
- Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience
- 3–5 years in data capturing, data administration, or similar role
Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (formulas, data validation, reporting)
- Understanding of pricing, costing, and VAT
- Strong data management skills
