The Africa Biomass Company (ABC) is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team and help grow our footprint in the wood chipping industry. This exciting new role has opened due to our business expansion and the launch of national and international branches.
- Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose equipment, identify worn/damaged parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, overhauling, and part upgrades.
- Keep machinery operational by troubleshooting and maintaining tools/parts inventory.
- Service ABC machines and external clients’ vehicles/equipment.
- Maintain records and develop job-related skills through training.
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Completed trade test in diesel mechanics.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s licence with PDP.
