- 5+ years’ experience in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant kitchen.
- Culinary qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree in Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery).
- Knowledge of food prep & operations.
- High hygiene & safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure.
