🛠️ Key Duties
Oversee daily farm and nursery operations
Manage avocado and macadamia production
Supervise farm staff and ensure productivity
Maintain vehicles, equipment, fencing, and buildings
Manage budgets and control expenses
Ensure efficient and organised farm operations
🎓 Requirements
Agricultural or Horticultural qualification
Minimum 5 years on-farm experience
Proven Avocado & Macadamia farming experience
Nursery experience
Computer literacy
PCO registration (or in progress) advantageous
Proficient in English (additional languages an advantage)
