Internship Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with process optimisation to improve efficiency
- Support loss control and waste reduction initiatives
- Participate in problem-solving (RCFA systems)
- Help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with production processes (blending, transfers, etc.)
- Support quality control and product standards
- Conduct sampling and analysis
- Capture production data and compile reports
- Assist with production planning and targets
Minimum Requirements
- Final year of an Engineering Diploma
- Strong academic record
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Reliable transport
- Must be a South African citizen
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends
