The position requires:
- Qualifications: a Degree/Diploma in IT, A+ or N+ certification, and ITIL knowledge.
- Skills: 4+ years of practical IT support experience, multi‑branch environment experience, strong Windows Server & Microsoft 365 knowledge, network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewall & VPN configuration, backup solutions management, endpoint security, and basic scripting.
- Salary/Package: R30 000 – R40 000 CTC.
