- Providing optimal customer service to clients, staff, and trainees.
- Handling customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Sharing feedback to improve service standards.
- Logging and resolving queries, offering first‑line support.
- Managing correspondence, following up on cases, and providing product information.
- Adhering to service‑level agreements (SLAs) and contact‑centre schedules.
Minimum requirements are:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Computer literacy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the courier industry is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence is beneficial.
