The role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service and handling various administrative tasks at a kiosk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing optimal customer service to clients, staff, and trainees.
  • Handling customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Sharing feedback to improve service standards.
  • Logging and resolving queries, offering first‑line support.
  • Managing correspondence, following up on cases, and providing product information.
  • Adhering to service‑level agreements (SLAs) and contact‑centre schedules.

Minimum requirements are:

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the courier industry is an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s licence is beneficial.
