🛠️ Key Duties
Prepare and coordinate Annual Financial Statements (AFS) in line with GRAP standards
Compile and review supporting schedules, reconciliations, and audit working papers
Perform monthly General Ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Review trial balances for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate external audit processes and respond to audit queries
Provide technical financial reporting support to finance staff
Maintain and update a GRAP-compliant fixed asset register
Conduct asset verification and resolve variances
Prepare monthly asset and financial performance reports
Report financial outcomes to senior management and executive committees
🎓 Requirements
Grade 12
National Diploma / BCom Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
Valid driver’s licence
Computer literate
5 years’ experience in Annual Financial Statements and fixed asset register management
At least 3 years in a supervisory role
Experience with CaseWare financial system
