Job Overview
- Skilled mechanic role in agricultural equipment maintenance
- Work with tractors and farming machinery
- Provide servicing, repairs, and technical support
- Ensure high-quality mechanical performance in farming operations
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and overhaul agricultural machinery
- Compile quotations based on customer needs
- Complete job cards and service documentation
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Handle warranty and guarantee claims
- Train and support junior staff where required
- Perform general workshop and maintenance duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- N2 Tractor Mechanic qualification (completed)
- 3–5 years mechanic experience
- Clear criminal record
- Strong attention to detail
- Teamwork ability
