Role Overview
The Systems Administrator – IT role focuses on managing and supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure. This includes virtualization environments, servers, databases, and cloud systems. The position plays a critical role in ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and always available to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter)
- Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, cloud solutions)
- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Manage MS SQL Server environments (clustering & high availability)
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and system performance
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance
- Support cloud and hybrid IT environments
- Contribute to system upgrades and optimization projects
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise IT environments
- Strong VMware virtualization experience
- Windows Server and Linux administration skills
- Experience with MS SQL Server clustering and HA

- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
- Understanding of IT security and compliance
