Job Summary
A fast-growing IT and media technology company is looking for a proactive and highly organised Admin & Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes initiative, manages tasks independently, and ensures smooth coordination across the business.
The successful candidate will support management, handle communications, maintain organisation systems, and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming calls professionally
- Handle basic sales enquiries and direct technical queries
- Manage diaries, schedules, and follow-ups for management
- Draft and send professional email communications
- Track equipment, stock, and asset allocations
- Maintain digital filing and documentation systems
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Coordinate with suppliers and assist with logistics and events
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Xero (advantage)
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Exposure to IT, media, or technical environments (advantage)
- Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) (advantage)
