Job Overview
- Administration Clerk role in logistics and distribution
- Support inbound and reverse logistics operations
- Focus on SAP processing, stock control, and reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Process goods receipts and stock movements on SAP
- Handle purchase orders, returns, and vendor transfers
- Maintain accurate stock records and batch control
- Manage document control and upload records to SAP
- Support reverse logistics and stock investigations
- Assist with stock takes and reconciliation
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Communicate with warehouse, transport, and management teams
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3β5 years admin experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Strong SAP experience (WM, IM)
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Good understanding of stock control and batch management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Advantageous
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Administration
- Experience in FMCG environment
- Experience with receiving and reverse logistics
