Job Overview

  • Administration Clerk role in logistics and distribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Process goods receipts and stock movements on SAP
  • Handle purchase orders, returns, and vendor transfers
  • Maintain accurate stock records and batch control
  • Manage document control and upload records to SAP
  • Support reverse logistics and stock investigations
  • Assist with stock takes and reconciliation
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports
  • Communicate with warehouse, transport, and management teams

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3–5 years admin experience in logistics/warehouse environment
  • Strong SAP experience (WM, IM)
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
  • Good understanding of stock control and batch management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Advantageous

  • Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Administration
  • Experience in FMCG environment
  • Experience with receiving and reverse logistics
