Job Overview
The Department of Health is seeking Cleaners to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within a healthcare facility. The role involves general cleaning duties in offices, wards, and public areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices, toilets, passages, and waiting areas
- Mop, polish, and maintain floors
- Dust, wash, and polish furniture, walls, doors, and windows
- Clean hospital outdoor areas and remove waste
- Dispose of refuse according to health waste management policies
- Maintain cleanliness in accordance with hospital standards
- Perform general cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10–12 or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year cleaning experience (advantageous)
- Physically and mentally fit
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Understanding of hygiene standards (hospital experience is an advantage)
