requiring:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and desktop hardware.
- Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and peripheral setup.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ IT support experience.
- A diploma/degree in IT or related field; CompTIA A+ N+ and Microsoft certification preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
