Programme Overview
Dynamic Visual Technologies is offering a 12-month IT and Finance Learnership Programme for unemployed South African youth who want to start a career in Information Technology or Finance.
The programme combines classroom training and real workplace experience, allowing learners to gain practical skills while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.
What You Will Do During the Programme
Participants will:
- Complete theoretical learning modules
- Participate in practical workplace training
- Support IT or Finance teams with daily tasks
- Assist with data capturing, reporting, and analysis
- Learn business software systems
- Attend required workshops and assessments
- Work under supervision to build professional skills
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Matric (Grade 12)
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be studying at any tertiary institution
- Have interest in Technology or Finance
- Be committed to the full 12-month programme
- Have good communication and problem-solving skills
