Job Summary
I&J, part of AVI Limited, is offering a 12-month YES4Youth Work Employment Programme for unemployed youth. This opportunity provides practical, hands-on work experience in a manufacturing and operations environment within the fishing and seafood industry. The programme is designed to help young people build workplace skills and improve employability.

Minimum Requirements
- Age: 18–34 years
- Minimum qualification: Grade 10
- Must be unemployed
- Must not have participated in a YES4Youth programme before
- Must not be enrolled in any government-funded training programme
Required Documents (Very Important)
You must submit ALL of the following:
- Updated CV
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of highest qualification (not older than 3 months)
- Stamped bank statement/details (not older than 3 months)
- SARS tax document (tax number confirmation)
👉 Missing documents = automatic disqualification
Additional Requirements
- Must pass background checks (criminal record, ID verification, qualifications)
- Must undergo a full medical examination
