About the Role
BeingIT is seeking two skilled Intermediate Backend / Full Stack .NET Developers to join its development team. The successful candidates will work on high-usage production systems where performance, scalability, reliability, and data integrity are essential.
This opportunity is suitable for:
• Experienced Intermediate Developers with production experience.
• Highly capable Junior Developers who have worked on real-world systems and are ready to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain business-critical transaction-processing systems.
• Optimize SQL Server queries and database performance.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support frontend developers by delivering robust backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements
• 3–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Solid experience with SQL Server.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of Entity Framework and ORM concepts.
• Experience working on production systems with strong debugging abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively using source control and development best practices.
Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence.
• No criminal or fraud record.
• Good credit record.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, curious, and committed to writing maintainable, high-quality code.
