Job Summary

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an Administrator: HC Operations to provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and technical support within the Human Capital department. The role ensures efficient coordination of HR processes, compliance administration, and document control while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery.


Purpose of the Role

To support Human Capital Operations through effective administration of recruitment processes, employee onboarding, compliance monitoring, and office coordination in line with RAF policies and standards.


Key Performance Areas

Human Capital Operations Support

  • Coordinate interview logistics (venues, schedules, and panels)
  • Prepare and process job offer letters
  • Manage benefits administration and payroll inputs
  • Monitor e-recruitment systems and ensure documentation completeness
  • Coordinate onboarding packs and induction sessions

Compliance Administration

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards
  • Maintain document version control
  • Support internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Handle first-line employee queries and escalate where necessary

Office Coordination

  • Maintain confidentiality of all departmental information
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and reports
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure timely service delivery
  • Compile and distribute statistical reports

Document Control

  • Maintain filing systems and records management
  • Ensure proper document retrieval and tracking
  • Safeguard confidential HR documentation

Minimum Requirements

Qualification:

  • National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related qualification

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Human Capital Operations environment
