Job Summary

The Junior Branch Marketer role at NTK Retail in Tolwe focuses on promoting and selling agricultural merchandise while ensuring strong customer service and effective stock availability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing products to customers, managing stock levels, and contributing to sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell merchandise in line with agreed sales targets
- Market agricultural products effectively to customers
- Manage stock control and ensure product availability
- Place stock orders when required
- Provide high-quality customer service in person, telephonically, and via email
- Perform general ad hoc duties related to branch operations
- Support overall branch sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- 1–2 years experience in irrigation (advantage)
- Experience in agricultural retail environment (advantage)
- Knowledge of irrigation systems or electrical equipment (advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to undergo continuous training
