Job Summary
I&J, part of AVI Limited, is offering a 12-month Yes4Youth Work Employment Programme for unemployed young individuals. The programme provides entry-level work experience in the fishing and seafood manufacturing industry, giving participants exposure to operations within a leading premium seafood company.
Successful candidates will be placed at one of the I&J sites and will gain practical workplace experience in a structured employment environment.
Programme Overview

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age between 18 and 34 years
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification (Standard 8)
- Must be unemployed
- Must not have previously participated in a YES4Youth programme
- Must not be enrolled in any government-funded training programme
Required Documents
Applicants must submit all of the following:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of highest qualification (not older than 3 months)
- SARS tax document or certificate/letter
- Bank statement or stamped bank account confirmation (not older than 3 months)
